Days: Before you begin, write the date of the log in DD/MM/YY format.

Time: In this section, you can write the time of the activity/goal you want to achieve.

Activity: In this section, you can write down the activities (professional/ personal) that you have planned for that particular day.

Goals: In this section, you can note down the important things/goals that you wish to fulfill during the day. 

To-do-List: Here, you can fill out the things that you need to remember, for eg: schedule a meeting, order grocery, pay bills, etc. 

Hydration: Remind yourself to drink water in short periods. It is important!
